Last night I counted up that I only have 26 individual pages to go till I finish my December Daily album. Only, huh! But, despite the fact it's already September (and how did that happen!?) progress is happening and I'm sure I'll finish it before this December. Crossing my fingers isn't going to hurt though. ;)
Day 7 - A simple page using an Ali Edward's template. I actually started working on this page back in December but printing this photo gave me fits. To light, to dark, I got half a rub-on mushed on it... This is at least the 5th printing.
And here's how it looks in the album. The twinkle page is still one of my favourites.
Day 11 - Another Ali Edward's template. I love that you can see me taking the photo, reflected in one of the ornaments.
Day 17 - A home for our family Christmas letter. I think this will be wonderful to read in years to come. And the story of my buying Yellow House.
Day 22 - I really love the pairing of photo and sentiment - all is calm, all is bright.
Day 24 - Using the calendar page as a base had me puzzled for a while, but now I like it. :)
Day 26 - I used a promotional card that I picked up while shopping. Boxing Day in Melbourne is about the sale and this page certainly shows that.
Day 30 - The number embellishment was created last year and I didn't consider it when I put this page together. I kind of figured I'd ditch it and use something else. It was an absolute surprise when I added the title and discovered I had the perfect space for it.
So, 26 pages to go, but I'm getting there. :)
