Day 12:
This is the day that Boyf chose to contribute his perspective to my December Daily album, and I also decided to add some photo from around my home.
I love that view, peeking around the corner at my Christmas tree. I added some digital word art along the wall before I printed the photo, then used a chipboard piece to cover the ugly power point. ;)
The journaling on the 12.12.12 pocket says: It's the last date I'll see like this in my lifetime. Yeah, that's not depressing at all! :(
Over the page is the A Day in the Mike spread, with all photos taken and chosen by Boyf. (I've blurred out a couple of work photos.)
Although taken before December, I knew I wanted to include the feet photo and the tree. I grabbed comments from Facebook and a text message to include, along with the date.
I really like the effect of printing on labels and should do it more often.
I even roped Boyf into helping make some design decisions on this page. Using columns of photos was his choice, as well as the green cardstock.
Day 13:
A no photo page, just some thoughts on Christmas rushing by. I wrote the journaling on the 13th and completed the page just a day of two after.
I do love how this album is coming together, although I wouldn't complain if it happened just a touch faster. ;)
