My first December Daily pages are complete!
My intention is to downsize a little this year, not creating a minibook but instead add a collection of page protectors into my larger album. Some days will be a simple pocket, some will be a number of pockets or even an entire page.
Day 1: This 6x8 page is the back on what will be a title page. Even in a larger album, I still thought December Daily deserved an introduction. A photo with Mickey and Minnie and some journaled highlights of the day. I'm pleased I'm starting with a photo of us, and of something so obviously Disney - it helps 'set the stage'.
Day 2: I enlarged a photo of the Osbourne Family Light Spectacular at Hollywood Studios to cover most of the page, adding a simple label. The top pocket will be largerly see-through, letter stickers on a clear transparency and sequins added.
Inspired by Ali Edward's the reasons why card, I provided a little context to the project.
The spread. Please excuse the carpet photography; a few quick snaps before heading off to work. I think December tends to be a month of squeezing in time wherever you can find it. ;)
